If you love poorly run football teams and MILFs in skimpy clothing, then the Oakland Raiders have great news for you. They have recently hired 37 year-old Susie Sanchez as a cheerleader (pictured) for the 2011 season. Sanchez is a mother of three and grandmother of one and as the story says,

Sanchez again impressed the judges with her dancing ability, skill and presence later that week — she had been dancing since she was 8, after all — and she can now safely say she is the oldest member of the Raiderettes as well.

“I just started crying,” she said after she heard her number called — lucky No. 45. “It was like, ‘wow.’ I was overwhelmed with emotion … just never give up.”

Go fuck yourself, Betty White. You’re not the only older woman getting ridiculously undeserved attention. Sanchez described the job as a dream come true, to which Yahoo news later commented, ‘it is nice to see someone not give up on their dream after 30’. Which I guess is true, but I may have picked a more uplifting story than a 37 year-old grandma whose dream is to be cat called at by a bunch assholes in spiked shoulder pads and to drunkenly give linemen handjobs at parties.

I know what your next question is - is Sanchez the oldest cheerleader in the league? The answer is, of course not because that would be sane. There is a 42 year-old cheerleader from the Bengals name Laura Vikmanis. A middle aged chick from Cincinnati? Whoa, slow down NFL you’re getting me too hot.
